Glick licenses Paper Salad designs
Glick, the Bradford-based giftwrap and gift packaging specialist, has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Cheshire-based Paper Salad.
The Paper Salad range of giftwrap and gift tags will be sold by Glick with effect from 1st January 2011. In addition to the successful Paper Salad designs in wrap, gift bags will be added to the existing product offer.
Becky Dobson, Director of Glick (right), believes the Paper Salad brand will be a wonderful and complimentary addition to the strong Glick “foil” brand that has become a market leader. The Paper Salad range will retail at the lower price of £1.55 to fall in line with the Glick pricing structure.
Karen Wilson and Claire Frost of Paper Salad said: “We feel by licensing our designs for giftwrap and bags to Glick it will enable us to raise our brand awareness whilst leaving us with more time to develop our cards and other exciting new product lines. Although the giftwrap has been a very successful product line for us a much established business like Glick will do it far better justice.”
From 1st January 2011 Glick will be fully responsible for sales of the Paper Salad giftwrap sales in both the UK and Export markets.
Paper Salad will focus on the sales and development of their successful greeting card and stationery products through their current team of sales agents.
