Major re-brand for leading calendar company
Otter House Group has launched Carousel Calendars, a new publishing brand that will be one of the largest calendar businesses in the UK.
Carousel Calendars is the result of a major re-branding exercise that unites a number of existing stationery brands under one name.
Following the acquisition of Vista Stationery & Print Ltd (trading as Jarrold Calendars) last November, Otter House Group has integrated its various calendar-publishing activities to create this single calendar-publishing brand, bringing together staff and operations from Infocado, Otter House and Vista Stationery & Print.
The roll-out of the new name starts now and the branding will feature on all 2013 products, on sale in 2012. The 2013 range will draw on the strong heritage and expertise of both Jarrold Calendars and Infocado, whose existing titles will be re-branded as Carousel Calendars. The first batch of 60 re-branded calendar designs goes to press next week, and by April as many as 500 new calendar designs will be in production.
Managing Director of Carousel Calendars, Steve Plackett (pictured in the distribution centre), said: "It is very exciting to integrate the teams from Jarrold Calendars, Infocado and Otter House and to create what we believe is the UK’s best calendar range. We have a huge variety of calendars on offer for 2013 and we are looking forward to presenting this to our customers under the new banner of Carousel Calendars”.
calendars will be the core of the Great Big Calendar Collection (GBCC) range,
which brings together calendars from a number of different publishers to offer
customers a one-stop-shop for everything they need in a calendar offering. The
Otter House Group has been running the GBCC since its inception in 2004 and the
2013 calendar range is expected to be the biggest and the best yet.
